Luckily members of the audience help out, standing in for ball boys, physiotherapists and even Royalty.
The thrilling ‘one setter’ includes slow motion replays, headed line calls and live comic commentary.
In the end, somehow … Andy Murray always wins and everyone goes home happy !
Our tennis player plays a game of tennis with a member of the audience. The set up to the match involves training two ball boys / girls, dressing the volunteer in a tennis costume, and appointing a ‘Duke and Duchess’ of Kent who present the prizes at the end.
The actual match is interspersed with tantrums from the ‘star’ player and slow motion replays (the umpire does this using a a ball on a really long pole!). The umpire with a really posh voice does a comic commentary throughout and inerviews the players, ball boys / girls and royalty at the end.
Wth on site vehicle access and one steward to help we can set up / break down in 10 minutes.
We can make the games as short as 3 mins and move on covering over a wide area with lots of short matches or find a good pitch and do a full 30min show in one place depending on your space, time and requirements.
